CHANGE how I feel by changing the way I think. EVERY BEHAVIOR IS
BASED on a belief. ANYTIME I SIN, AT THAT MOMENT, I'm believing
a lie.

Temptation is an inside job.
It starts within you. No fish
bites a bare hook. Satan baits the hook,
and he knows your favorite flavor of bait. Ask, do I really want to think about this right now?

Belief = Temptation
Change starts in your mind not in your life. It starts with what you want to change. The
way you feel is determined by how you think.
How you act is determined by how you feel. Behind everything that you do
is a belief. If I’m acting scared, I’m
thinking scary thoughts. What are the
beliefs beneath your behavior? Ask that question during times of temptation.

Resist = Persists
What you resist
persists. Change the channel of your
mind. You’re feelings are resistant to your will. You can’t force a feeling, but you can force
a thought. Your thoughts change your
feelings.

Do you have an open mind?
Just because you have an open
mind doesn’t mean that you should allow people to put stuff in it. Why are
you allowing other people to control what you think?
