My will God's salvation

Our sovereign God respects the human will and will not even save us against our will.

What He's looking for from us is a surrendered will.

For us to humbly acknowledge the desperation of our situation without Him, and then yield our will to Him in faith is His will.

To be desperate or guilty is not enough to save us, it takes a surrendered will in humility.

We are not saved because we willed to be saved.

We are saved because God willed it, and we took Him up on His offer.

(James 4:6,2 Peter 3:9)
