Four Barriers to Communication

1.Withdrawal - never do this overnight.

2. Escalation - don't try to fix things during the conflict.

3. Belittling the other person.

4.  False Beliefs about the relationship , which is the most dangerous.

Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)

6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.
